You may return or exchange any items in new and unused condition within 30 days from the day of delivery except for patterns and PDF download items. Please note we will only refund the cost of the goods, we will not refund original postage costs. When exchanging a product we can only accept exchanges for products of the same value, if you require something that costs more or less you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund. Please ensure you return any products with appropriate packaging and a completed returns form.

Don't forget to get a proof of postage receipt from your chosen courier just in case your parcel goes astray. As soon as our warehouse team has received your return/exchange, we will process this as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange request a refund will be processed instead. 

Remember to get a proof of postage receipt from your chosen courier. Once your return or exchange is received, our warehouse team will process it as soon as possible. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are processed by our warehouse. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually dispatched the same day they're ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a short period of time. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided. Please note if purchasing a downloadable product this will not be refundable.
