You may return or exchange any items in new and unused condition within 30 days from the day of delivery. Please note we will only refund the cost of the goods, we will not refund original postage costs. When exchanging a product we can only accept exchanges for products of the same value, if you require something that costs more or less you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund. Please ensure you return any products with appropriate packaging and a completed returns form.

No printer? No problem, just pop a note in the parcel to let us know who you are and why you're returning the item.
Don't forget to get a proof of postage receipt from your chosen courier just in case your parcel goes astray. As soon as our warehouse team has received your return/exchange, we will process this as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange request a refund will be processed instead.

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are dispatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually dispatched the same day they're ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a short period of time. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided.
