King Cole Fjord is a 100% anti-pilling acrylic yarn available in beautiful colourways. The colour change in this yarn creates a mock Fair Isle affect as you knit, so the simpler the pattern the better. Even for a novice knitter this yarn can help you create a stunning patterned garment or home accessory. This yarn is also suitable for crochet but will not achieve the same Fair Isle affect as knitting, despite this the yarn will still create something ultimately beautiful.

Love the pattern but very disappointed with the wool. Lots of knots in it, it’s very thin for dk had better wool for £1 and splits and is very bitty. Expected better and won’t buy again

Liked the pattern it make but not happy with the quality of the wool very thin, knots in had better really cheap wool found this very poor quality and get very tangled

Lovely yarn

I've just started a new crochet project with this yarn and so far am loving the way it works up. I'm not sure how the self-patterning will work out with crochet rather than knitting, but like the effect so far. It's smooth and easy to work with and so far, no splitting!

It's a nice wool, I am pleased with the texture and softness. Have only just started knitting with but the pattern looks good.

Nothing to dislike
