My address has an error
Answer. Please take your time to check your delivery address carefully, if you notice an error please get in touch as soon possible, aslong as the order has not been dispatched we should be able to update this for you.

I have forgotten to add something to my order
Answer. If you have forgotten to add something to your order then please contact us as soon as you can, we will always do our best to add this for you but if you order has been dispatched this will not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
Answer. We accept all major credit and debit cards while checking out on our website, you can even checkout with your Paypal or American Express card.

Can i return something if i don't like it?
Answer. We are happy to replace or refund any item should the buyer wish. Any return postage however will be at the buyers expense and the product must be in new unused condition. You can visit our returns page here. Please note we will only be able to refund the cost of the product and will not be able to refund the original postage cost to you.

How long will my order take?
Answer. We always aim to dispatch your order the same or next working day. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. If you have chosen the Tracked 24 option this aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Will i be able to track my order?
Answer. Yes all orders are sent via a tracked service unless you're ordering letter items like patterns, needles or hooks, these items are not sent via a tracked service.

Where is my order?
Answer. If your order has not arrived in the normal timescale please wait an additional 24-48 hours as delivery times can sometimes vary in peak times. If your order has still not arrived then please get in touch via the contact us page.

You're out of stock - What do i do?
Answer. If we are out of stock and you would like to know if or when we are having the product back in then please contact us using the information on the contact us page.

After receiving my order is there somewhere i can review the service?
Answer. If you have ordered from us we always love to hear how we did and whether we lived up to your expectations. It is important that you let us know how we did so that we can continue giving you the great service that you know and love.
