• My address has an error

    Answer. Please take time to check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error please get in touch as soon as you can and aslong as your order hasn't been dispatched we should be able to change it to the correct address for you.
  • I have forgotten to add something to my order

    Answer. If you have forgotten to add something to your order then please contact us as soon as you can, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched we should be able to add this item to the previous order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Answer. We accept all major credit or debit cards while checking out on our website, you can even checkout using your Paypal account.

  • Can i return something if i don't like it?

    Answer. We are happy to replace or refund any item should the buyer wish. Any return postage will however be at the buyers expense. Our return address is:

  • How long will my delivery take?

    Answer. We always aim to dispatch your order the same day or next working day. Your order will be sent 2nd class as standard via Royal Mail which usually takes 3-5 working days unless you have chosen the 1st class option which usually takes 1-2 working days. 
  • Will my order be tracked?

    Answer. Unfortunately we do not currently send orders via tracked mail.
  • Where is my order?

    Answer. If your order has not arrived in the normal time scale please wait an extra 1-2 working days as delivery times can sometimes vary during peak times. If you order has still not arrived then please get in touch via the contact us page.
  • You're out of stock - What do i do?

    Answer. If we are out of stock and you would like to know if or when we are having the product back in then please contact us using the information on the contact us page.
  • After receiving my order is there somewhere I can review the service?

    Answer. If you have ordered from us we always love to here how we did and whether we lived up to your expectations.
