My address has an error

Answer. Please take your time to check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, please get in touch as soon as possible. As long as the order has not been dispatched, we should be able to update your address for you.

I have forgotten to add something to my order

Answer. If you have forgotten to add something to your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We will always do our best to add this for you. However, if your order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to add any additional items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer. We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. You can securely checkout using your preferred method on our website. Pay with VisaPay with MastercardPay with JCBPay with PayPal

Can I return something if I don't like it?

Answer. We are happy to replace or refund any item should you wish. However, you will be responsible for the return postage, and the product must be in new and unused condition. Please visit our returns page here for more information. Please note that we will only be able to refund the cost of the product and will not be able to refund the original postage cost to you.

How long will my order take?

Answer. We aim to dispatch your order the same or next working day. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. If you have chosen the Tracked 24 option, this aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Will I be able to track my order?

Answer. Yes, all orders are sent via a tracked service unless you're ordering letter items like patterns, needles, or hooks. These items are not sent via a tracked service.

Where is my order?

Answer. If your order has not arrived within the normal timescale, please wait an additional 24-48 hours as delivery times can sometimes vary in peak times. If your order has still not arrived, please get in touch via the contact us page.

You're out of stock - What do I do?

Answer. If we are out of stock of an item you're interested in, please contact us using the information on the contact us page. We will be happy to let you know if and when the product is expected to be back in stock.

After receiving my order, is there somewhere I can review the service?

Answer. Yes, we always appreciate feedback from our customers. We would love to hear how we did and whether we lived up to your expectations.
