Covid-19 Delivery Information:

All our couriers are working very hard to get parcels to you on time and the majority of our orders are getting delivered on schedule however some orders may experience delays due to extremely high volumes in our couriers networks. All our couriers have implemented relevant safety precautions to keep customers safe while delivering orders.

UK Delivery

In the table below you can find the different delivery options available to you. All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day.

Postage Table


All parcel orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery and are dispatched the same or next working day, if you choose Tracked24 delivery and order before 1pm many orders will arrive next day although this cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email letting you know, if your order is sent via a tracked service you will also find all the details you need to track your order on this email. If you don't receive a dispatch email please double check your junk/spam folder as sometimes these end up there by mistake. 

Not home for delivery? 
If you're not at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery they may attempt to deliver your order to your neighbour or to a safe location on your property, in these cases a red card will be left to let you know when this happens. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel for any reason it will then be taken back to your local customer service point for safe keeping, if this happens a red card will be left to let you know. You may also receive a text or email informing you of this however this is only if you provided these details when checking out your order.
If your parcel has been taken back to a customer service point you can arrange to either collect it from there or get it redelivered on a day that suits you. You will be able to book a collection or redelivery on the Royal Mail Tracking Page.

If Royal Mail can't deliver your order, they'll hold onto your parcel at the customer service point for 18 calendar days. If the parcel isn't collected or redelivered within this time your order will be returned back to us.

 

International Delivery

I'm afraid at the moment we do not currently offer any international delivery options.
