UK Delivery

In the table below you can find the different delivery options available to you. We offer a selection of different couriers and customers have full control over which is used for their delivery on checkout. All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day. *Please note next working day services are not guaranteed and occasionally delays can occur during busy periods.

All parcel orders are sent via a tracked delivery service except for smaller items under our Letter postage, these parcels will not be trackable. All orders are dispatched the same or next working day, if you choose Royal Mail Tracked24 delivery and order before 1pm many orders will arrive next day although this cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email letting you know, if your order is sent via a tracked service you will also find all the details you need to track your order on this email. If you don't receive a dispatch email please double check your junk/spam folder as sometimes these end up there by mistake.

Not home for delivery?

If you're not at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery they may attempt to deliver your order to your neighbour or to a safe location on your property, in these cases the tracking information page will allow you to view where your parcel has been left. If Royal Mail or APC are unable to deliver your parcel for any reason it will then be taken back to your local customer service point for safe keeping, if this happens a calling card will be left to let you know. You may also receive a text or email informing you of this however this is only if you provided these details when checking out your order.

If your parcel has been taken back to a customer service point you can arrange to either collect it from there or get it redelivered on a day that suits you. You will be able to book a collection or redelivery on either the Royal Mail Tracking Page or APC Called Page.

If Royal Mail can't deliver your order, they'll hold onto your parcel at the customer service point for 18 calendar days. If the parcel isn't collected or redelivered within this time your order will be returned back to us. If APC are unable to deliver your order they will hold onto it for 3 days, If the parcel isn't collected or rescheduled within this time your order will be returned back to us.

International Delivery

Import Duties and Taxes
Please note for international orders you may need to pay import duties and taxes, these are levied once a package reaches your country (as of 1st January 2021, this also applies to EU countries). Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are the customers responsibility, we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot accurately predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

Royal Mail International (Untracked): Shipping starts at £4.00 for 225g and will increase per 225g (Please note there is a maximum order weight of 1125g for Untracked parcels). When adding items to your cart the shipping cost will be calculated on the cart page. Delivery usually within 7-14 working days.
Royal Mail International (Tracked): Shipping starts at £10.32 for 225g and will increase per 225g (If your order exceeds 1.8kg your order will be split into 2 packages) Delivery usually within 7-14 working days. There is a maximum order weight of 3.6kg for this delivery method if you wish to purchase more than 3.6kg please email us for a tailored quote

Royal Mail International (Tracked): Shipping starts at £8.01 for 250g and will increase per 250g (If your order exceeds 1.8kg your order will be split into 2 packages) Delivery usually within 7-14 working days.
