Covid-19 Delivery Information:

All our couriers are working very hard to get parcels to you on time and the majority of our orders are getting delivered on schedule however some orders may experience delays due to extremely high volumes in our couriers networks. All our couriers have implemented relevant safety precautions to keep customers safe while delivering orders.

This table shows the different options you can choose. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day.

Postage Table

Most of our orders are sent via Royal Mail and are dispatched same or next working day, if you choose tracked 24 delivery and order before 1pm many orders will arrive next day although this cannot be guaranteed.
Please note sometimes for larger orders we will use an alternative courier, if you have any requests then please let us know via the contact us page before placing your order.

If you're out when our courier attempts delivery they'll leave a card to let you know
If you're not at home, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your order to your neighbour and leave a card. If they can't deliver to them, they'll leave a card and take the parcel back to the customer service point (your local sorting office or post office). You can either collect your parcel or can arrange a redelivery (full details will be on the card).

If Royal Mail can't deliver your order and you don't collect it, they'll hold onto your parcel at the customer service point for 18 calendar days. If the parcel isn't collected within this time your order will be returned back to us.
