Lovely colour, splits easily
Looks really great worked with the Cygnet Seriously Chunky black, and obviously being super chunky it knits up very quickly. But it splits very easily (not quite as easily as the black though) and you have to be careful not to get small fibres wrapped round the needles as you work.
These stretch and don't go back into the yarn so if you simply drop them off the needle on the next row, or try to reknit the stretched bit they stand out from the work and make it look really tatty. The only way to remedy it is to undo it past the stretched part and cut and rejoin the yarn. But it looks so fabulous it's worth the effort!
