Have knots

Bought for my wife who's been so looking forward to receiving the yarns. But when she opened the parcel, she was disappointed to find the yarns weren't as smooth as she expected (even though they were soft) and she said she couldn't use them to knit scarves as intended since they will be too scratchy. And further disappointment arose when she found a first knot even before she started. Won't be buying again.
