Delivery Delays:

Royal Mail are working very hard to get parcels to you on time and the majority of our orders are getting delivered on schedule however some orders may experience delays in some areas due to staff shortages, your patience is really appreciated. 

Here at LittleWoolShop the safety of our customers and employees are at the centre of everything we do and this is particularly important during these challenging times.

With this in mind, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that our warehouse is open and we’re following all government advice very closely. In response to current advice we have implemented additional safety measures in our warehouse and briefed all staff on the situation to keep both our customers and employees safe.

Rest assured all our suppliers are open and we are still receiving regular deliveries, please note some ranges are facing some supply issues so you may not be able to get your usual favourite but there are still plenty of other ranges and stock available for you to try.

Royal Mail are working very hard to get parcels to you on time but you may experience some delays due to staff shortages in some areas, Royal Mail has also implemented relevant safety precautions to keep customers safe while delivering orders.

We as a team at LittleWoolShop are all working very hard to keep things moving and will continue to do so. If we do need to make any changes to our service we will keep all our customers updated on our social media pages and also on our delivery information page.
