4Ply Yarn

4-ply yarn (commonly know as sport or 5-ply) is a big hit in the sock world, and it's also a favourite for shawls, lacework and fine knits with colourwork. 4-ply is most often knitted on 3.25mm needles and creates a fine fabric finish which makes it perfect for babywear too.
